We pride ourselves on quality and quick turnaround times, and with the addition of our new High Speed Vertical Machining Centre, have the following capabilities:

• 3 x Mazak SQT Mill/turn centre, work up to 450mm diameter and 102mm through spindle bore. Ideally suited for turning, drilling, tapping & milling in one operation. 12 tool turret.
• 1 x Mazak Integrex 5 axis mill/turn centre – turning and milling in one setup on any angle or plane. Best suited for more complex components with multiple cavities, holes, faces, etc. 30 tool magazine.
• 1 x Mazak VCN High Speed Vertical Machining centre. Fast metal removal, heavy duty milling up to 1050mm x 510mm x 510mm capacity. Suitable for all your milling requirements, big or small.
